File processing

• Syntaxe with one file name: file in
  MnyBank [-q] file
  The optional parameter -q is for quiet mode. The file is processed without any Window (no GUI). This parameter is used by the configuration wizard when an association with a file extension is set. The output file is written in a temporary directory with a computed name. .
  Example:
  MnyBank -q 20050302.ofc
• Syntaxe with two file names: file in and file out
  MnyBank [-svc] [-t:(OFXV1|OFXV2|EXCEL)] filein fileout
  The optional parameter -svcis for quiet mode. The filein is processed without any Window (no GUI). This parameter is used by the web program of the online converter. The optional parameter -t is for setting the format (OFXV1, OFXV2 ou EXCEL) of fileout.
  Ex:
  MnyBank -svc -t:OFXV1 20050302.ofc 20050302.ofx
